At Catholic Early EdCare, we're looking for an exceptional OSHC Coordinator to lead our Runaway Bay service and inspire both children and educators to thrive.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the day-to-day operation of the service, ensuring exceptional standards of care, safety, and compliance.
• Designing engaging, child-led programs that reflect children's interests and support their development.
• Building strong relationships with children, families, school staff, and community stakeholders.
• Maintaining compliance with the National Quality Framework and relevant legislation.
• Driving service growth and community engagement in alignment with Catholic Early EdCare's Vision, Mission, and Values.
• Acting as the Nominated Supervisor and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements of the Role

• Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.
• Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis.
• Current completion (or willingness to complete prior to commencement) of mandatory National Child Training (via Geckko).
• Consent to being the Nominated Supervisor.
• Strong understanding of Childcare legislation, including National Quality Framework, Standards, and My Time Our Place.
• Previous childcare service management experience.
• Child Protection training is required for this role.
• Proficient with childcare management software (Xplor preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership skills for team development.
