What You’ll Be Doing

We are bringing together CTM and iSelect to build a unified, best-in-class technology platform—and we’re looking for a Senior Integration Engineer to help lead the way.

In this role, you’ll design and deliver integrations across our marketing and customer technology stack, ensuring accurate data flow, measurement, and activation. You’ll work across CDPs, CRM, GA4, APIs, and cloud platforms to enable real-time data capture and insights, including emerging AI-driven channels such as LLMs and conversational platforms.

As a subject matter expert, you’ll partner with stakeholders and the Data team to build scalable data pipelines, optimise data quality, and drive best-practice approaches to integration, governance, and compliance.

This is a highly technical, end-to-end role suited to someone passionate about data, integration, and the evolving landscape of AI and digital measurement.

Key Accountabilities

• Design, build, and maintain integrations across marketing and customer platforms
• Ensure reliable data flow across channels, CRM, analytics, and data environments
• Implement consistent tracking across web, app, API, and AI-driven interactions
• Translate business needs into scalable integration patterns, schemas, and data models

Stakeholder Enablement & Solution Design

• Partner with stakeholders to deliver practical, business-aligned integration solutions
• Translate requirements into clear technical designs, event models, and implementation approaches
• Advise on platform capabilities, trade-offs, and best practices
• Ensure solutions are documented, testable, and ready for delivery and support

Data Governance & Compliance

• Define and maintain data standards (naming, schemas, taxonomy)
• Ensure compliance with privacy, consent, and data governance requirements
• Support identity stitching and responsible first-party data use
• Strengthen data quality and reduce risk as platforms and AI channels evolve

Performance Monitoring & Optimisation

• Implement monitoring and alerting to detect data issues early
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and tracking issues
• Improve performance, reliability, and automation of pipelines
• Use insights to enhance integration design and measurement over time

Technical Leadership & Mentorship

• Act as a SME across integrations, data collection, and channel measurement
• Support engineers through mentoring, guidance, and documentation
• Contribute to standards and best practices
• Stay current on emerging tech, analytics, privacy, and AI trends

What Sets You Apart

Technical Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years in integration engineering, martech, digital analytics, customer data, or similar roles, including 3+ years in a senior or lead technical capacity.
• Hands-on experience building integrations across APIs, event streams, batch pipelines, webhooks, and vendor platforms.
• 3+ years in digital measurement, event instrumentation, tag management, or server-side tracking across web, app, or API interactions.
• Strong experience with platforms such as CDPs, CRM, analytics, tag management, and marketing automation.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language such as JavaScript or Python.
• Experience with cloud and data platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, or similar.
• Strong understanding of identity resolution, privacy, consent, and data governance for customer and digital data.
• Exposure to AI-related or emerging channel measurement is advantageous but not essential.
