What this job involves
Concierge position focused on delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive first impressions for building visitors and occupants.
Customer Service
Welcome and assist all customers and visitors with professionalism and warmth
Maintain pristine Front of House areas
Provide VIP meet and greet services and building tours
Handle customer deliveries and inquiries via phone/email
Concierge Services
Promote building retail tenancies and local amenities
Manage online chat support
Community Engagement
Host and coordinate community events
Support customer engagement initiatives
Promote WorkLife platform to enhance tenant experience
Desired (not essential)
Certificate in Hospitality/Business
Fire Warden or First Aid training (or willingness to train)
Additional language skills

Friendly and personable with a can-do attitude.
Be able to proactively build rapport and cooperative relationships with customers and visitors.
Be able to adopt a one-team attitude with all members of the extended Building Management team and partners, with the view to meet organisational objectives as a member of the team.
Possess natural initiative.
Be professionally presented.
Be flexible with start and finish times.
