We are expanding our team and seeking a decisive Quality Controller to join our Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI) Centre. This is a critical role where your judgment, precision, and confidence will directly safeguard customer satisfaction and uphold our brand reputation. You will be the authority ensuring every vehicle meets strict safety, compliance, and presentation standards before delivery.
Responsibilities
- Key Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles post-Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI).
- Identify, document, and escalate defects promptly to ensure timely resolution.
- Drive corrective actions in collaboration with technicians and warehouse staff.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and detailed quality reports.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer and dealership standards before vehicle release.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance PDI processes and overall quality assurance.

- Solid understanding of automotive standards, compliance, and safety requirements.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence both technicians and management.
- Proven experience in automotive inspection, quality assurance, or similar roles.
Required: Candidates with hands-on experience in the automotive sector- ideally from dealership, OEM, or aftersales/parts environments
