Your duties will include

  • Prepare quotations and tenders for ecological and environmental projects
  • Price bush regeneration, revegetation and restoration works accurately
  • Review RFQs, specifications and environmental management requirements
  • Conduct site inspections to assess project scope and delivery needs
  • Develop cost estimates for labour, materials, plants and subcontractors
  • Coordinate tender submissions and ensure compliance with requirements
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers and stakeholders throughout the quoting process
  • Track quotations, tender outcomes and project opportunities
  • Prepare project handovers and supporting documentation for delivery teams
  • Support the growth of wetlands, waterways and ecological restoration projects
  • Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development

What will you need?

  • Experience in estimating, quoting or tendering with relevant bodies
  • Ability to be in Office 5 days a week, with site visits occasionally
  • National Police Check (willing to obtain)
