End User Support

  • Provide timely support across hardware, software, and network issues
  • Manage and prioritise tickets with clear communication
  • Troubleshoot issues and identify root causes; implement fixes

Digital Infrastructure Management

  • Support and maintain systems (devices, servers, network, cloud)
  • Monitor performance; apply upgrades, patches, and fixes
  • Maintain system documentation

Software And Application Support

  • Install and support business applications
  • Manage updates and software licensing

IT Procurement And Asset Management

  • Procure IT equipment and manage vendors
  • Maintain asset register (hardware, licenses, warranties)
  • Ensure compliance with asset processes and audits

Security And Compliance

  • Apply security controls and best practices
  • Monitor risks and recommend improvements

User Training And Education

  • Deliver training on systems and cybersecurity
  • Promote effective use of tools across the business

Required Skills And Qualifications And Required Experience

  • 5+ years IT support / engineer experience
  • Degree in IT or related field
  • Strong Windows/Mac + networking knowledge
  • Experience troubleshooting across systems and networks
  • ITIL knowledge (incident/change/problem management)
  • Cloud exposure (Azure/AWS) preferred
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
  • Relevant certifications (A+, MCP, CCNA) beneficial
