Behind every well-run portfolio is someone who sets the standard. We're looking for a Senior Facilities Manager to take ownership of Charter Hall's premium Industrial and Logistics portfolio across Brisbane.

This is the perfect role for an experienced Senior FM ready to step into genuine portfolio leadership.

In This Role, You Will

• Take full accountability for FM performance across a premium Brisbane industrial and logistics portfolio
• Lead, coach and develop a team of 4 Facilities Managers
• Serve as the senior client contact, providing operational insight and trusted day-to-day partnership
• Drive performance across contracts, budgets, compliance, capital works and lifecycle planning
• Contribute to ESG delivery, safety leadership and asset resilience outcomes

About You

• You are an experienced FM professional ready to own a portfolio, not just manage a site.
• Senior FM experience across industrial and/or logistics assets
• Strong client relationship skills and confidence operating as a senior point of contact
• A coaching and development approach to team leadership
• Solid WHS, compliance and risk management knowledge
• Financial and commercial acumen across budgets and service contracts
