WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

As the primary contact for a portfolio of multi-service, growth-oriented clients, you will play a central role in driving impactful digital campaigns and fostering strong client relationships. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you will design and execute multi-channel campaigns across performance marketing, social media, content strategy, SEO, creative, email marketing, CRM, website optimisation, and data-driven projects. Building and maintaining relationships with Tier 1 clients is essential, as is facilitating workshops, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and client onboarding sessions. This includes developing presentations and strategic plans to enhance client understanding and engagement. In this role, you’ll champion integrated work across data, creative, and performance teams, communicating complex strategies and campaign results with clarity and effectiveness. You’ll also identify opportunities for digital and social innovation, ensuring quality and best practices in all projects. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will develop and implement both short- and long-term digital strategies across the entire customer journey. Mentoring team members will be another key aspect of this role, with a focus on enhancing strategic insights, digital content creation, and analytics reporting. You will also manage client budgets efficiently, coordinating with teams to ensure resources are allocated effectively and innovation remains at the forefront of every client engagement.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED...

  • Minimum 5 - 8 years experience agency side in an SAM / AD capacity
  • Strong competency and experience in omni channel digital marketing campaigns
  • Australian agency experience is needed
  • Bring a creative mindset
  • Ability to build long standing relationships with clients
  • Excellent in communication and presentation, particularly in meetings and client workshops, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Advanced skills in data analytics, ensuring insights-driven strategies.
  • Deep knowledge in performance marketing, SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and email marketing.
