SAP Functional Analyst (P2P) – SAP S/4HANA

We are seeking an experienced

SAP Functional Analyst (P2P) to support a major SAP S/4HANA Cloud ERP migration and upgrade program. The role will focus on delivering Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders, and driving successful SAP transformation initiatives.

Key Skills & Experience

Strong SAP S/4HANA experience (On-Premise & RISE)

Deep expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Purchasing, Procurement & Accounts Payable

SAP MM, Inventory Management, Physical Inventory, Serial & Batch Management

Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) & OpenText Core Capture

SAP Fiori design, configuration, testing & support

Contract Management & Vendor Management

Purchase Requisitions & Purchase Orders

Experience with Ariba, Fieldglass & Concur integrations

Strong understanding of SAP FI/CO, WM and cross-functional integrations

Agile delivery experience (Jira, Confluence)

End-to-end SAP transformation project experience

Responsibilities

Experience in Utilities, Energy, or other asset-intensive industries preferred

Gather and analyse business requirements

Design and configure SAP P2P solutions

Develop functional specifications and process documentation

Perform Unit, Integration and UAT testing

Support production environments, training and knowledge transfer

Collaborate with Finance, WM, HSE and other business streams
