Workshop Manager

Austcorp Executive are partnering with a global company that specialises in the manufacture, service and repair of heavy mobile equipment.

As a result of continued growth, we are actively recruiting a Workshop Manager for their site in Perth.

As the Workshop Manager your duties will be but not limited to:

• Oversee the Service and Repair department working on heavy mobile equipment
• Ensure that all checklists and service job reports are submitted in a timely manner
• Produce quotations of work to customers and schedule works
• Liaise with customers
• Manage and update companies electronic maintenance system
• Ensure compliance with the relevant legislation and management of sound employee relations and safety practices

A bit about you

• Relevant Trade Qualification (Preferred)
• Proven experience in Service / Workshop Leadership role working with Heavy Transport Equipment (Trailers, Trucks, Mobile Equipment)
• Strong leadership capabilities with ability to influence and motivate teams
• Repairers Certificate (Highly Regarded)
• Results-driven mindset with focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement
