WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?..

We’re looking for a commercially driven Client Lead to take ownership of a portfolio of key accounts and play a pivotal role in shaping long-term client success and growth. In this role, you’ll be the senior point of contact for approximately 4–5 major clients, acting as both trusted advisor and strategic partner. You’ll be responsible for building deep, long-standing relationships, understanding each client’s business objectives, and ensuring the delivery of high-impact marketing solutions that drive measurable performance. You’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, performance, and deliver, working closely with internal specialists across Digital to ensure campaigns are fully integrated, optimised, and aligned to client goals. While you won’t be in the weeds day-to-day, you’ll have enough technical understanding to confidently guide strategy, challenge thinking, and spot opportunities for growth. This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment where strong communication, commercial thinking, and relationship management are essential. WE NEED YOU TO HAVE..

  • Strong experience in client management within a digital marketing or agency environment
  • Proven ability to build trusted, long-term client relationships
  • Commercially minded with experience growing accounts
  • Confident understanding of digital channels
  • Strong communicator who can influence senior stakeholders
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
