About the opportunity

In this 12-month opportunity, you’ll help shape purposeful customer experiences across our Victorian office portfolio - bringing our assets to life through strategic engagement, activations and communications that strengthen tenant connection, support retention and create long-term value for our customers, partners and communities.

How you’ll make an impact

• Shape meaningful customer and community experiences across VIC office assets through events, activations and engagement programs that bring precincts to life.
• Drive tenant participation and connection by leveraging Charli and other communication channels to build stronger building and precinct communities.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences that support tenant satisfaction, retention and the ongoing evolution of Charter Hall’s Customer Experience strategy.
• Create engaging, on-brand content and communications that encourage participation across events, campaigns, activations and asset initiatives.
• Partner across Property, Marketing, ESG and external providers to deliver seamless activations, measure impact and identify opportunities to create greater value across the portfolio.
