About This Role

The successful candidate will work as part of the dynamic team within our Melbourne Office (St Kilda Road) offering reliable support to fellow NCI team members.

This role provides administration support to the service brokers, for example:

  • Preparing service visit documentation.
  • Gathering pre-renewal information from NCI clients.
  • Composing client renewal packs.
  • Preparing service guides.

Following existing processes, you will also undertake other general administrative tasks, including:

  • Answering and directing incoming calls and other correspondence (email and mail).
  • Preparing minutes and agendas for meetings and assisting with events where required.
  • Managing Branch office supplies and amenities.
  • Preparing meeting rooms for meetings for the service and sales team.
  • Other office duties as required.

This is a hands‑on role requiring strong attention to detail, with accurate data entry and positive, effective communication with a range of stakeholders.

This permanent, full‑time position (37.5 hours per week) is an early career opportunity, offering a great starting point for a rewarding career at NCI and within the credit insurance industry.

About You

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • At least 12 months (or more) customer service or administration experience, ideally in an office environment.
  • A genuine interest in the financial services/insurance industry.
  • A go-getter, proactive attitude and a good sense of humour!
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • IT proficiency, dynamic and adapt well to change.
  • The ability to prioritise and respond well to competing priorities.
