About the Role

As Clinical Head of Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation, you will play a key role in developing the next generation of Allied Health professionals while driving clinical excellence across the organisation.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Designing and developing high-quality Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation courses
• Creating learning pathways through the Allied Health Warrior platform
• Delivering face-to-face workshops and professional development programs
• Providing one-on-one mentorship and clinical supervision
• Supporting Physiotherapists to develop advanced MSK clinical skills
• Contributing to research-informed practice and clinical innovation
• Collaborating with industry leaders and subject matter experts
• Maintaining a clinical caseload of approximately 24 billable hours per week

About You

You're an experienced Physiotherapist who enjoys developing others and is passionate about evidence-based musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

You Will Bring

• Minimum 5 years' Physiotherapy experience
• Extensive Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy experience
• Strong mentoring, coaching and education skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage a clinical caseload and achieve performance outcomes
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Passion for clinician development and professional education
• Ability to influence and inspire clinicians at all career stages

Highly Regarded

• APA Titled Physiotherapist status or working towards titling
• Experience within NDIS and disability-related rehabilitation
• Experience delivering education, supervision or professional development programs

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor or Postgraduate Qualification in Physiotherapy
• Current AHPRA registration
• Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
• Ability to travel across clinic locations as required
