About The Role

In this fast-paced B2B role, you will coordinate maintenance requests, manage trades, and ensure a high level of service delivery to commercial clients.

  • Manage maintenance requests from initiation through to completion
  • Respond to client enquiries via phone and email, providing exceptional customer service
  • Coordinate and schedule trades and service providers for maintenance works
  • Manage urgent maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution
  • Monitor job progress and ensure service delivery meets client expectations and KPIs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, clients, and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
  • Adhere to company procedures, safety standards, and escalation processes

About you

  • Experience in a similar coordination, scheduling, property management, or customer service role
  • Experience working for a commercial contractor, building supplier, residential builder or insurance builder
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Customer-focused with an understanding of service delivery expectations
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
