We’re hiring an end-to-end Planner to support our OilChem business at Epping — a recently acquired site that is evolving rapidly and needs strong planning capability to stabilise and scale.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a role where you’ll own end-to-end planning and help shape how the site operates going forward.

About your role

This is not a typical planning role — you’ll be stepping into a site that is currently operating in an, make-to-order environment with limited systems.

Your role will be to bring visibility, structure and control by:

Planning raw materials, packaging, production and deliveries end-to-end

Building production schedules and coordinating daily site activity

Managing inbound and outbound logistics, including transport planning

Developing and improving master data (BOMs, run rates, planning parameters)

Introducing planning discipline, processes and systems to improve performance

Work closely with the Site Manager and operations team to keep the site running efficiently

Key responsibilities

Build and manage daily and weekly production and supply plans

Coordinate raw material and packaging availability

Schedule blending, filling and site production activities

Plan transport movements and dispatch operations

Improve planning processes, systems and master data

Work closely with operations, warehouse and customer service teams

Identify constraints and drive solutions to improve site performance

Who are we looking for?

Experience in production planning, supply chain or operations planning

Strong analytical mindset with confidence working in Excel and ERP systems - SAP ByDesign is highly preferred

Comfortable working in a hands-on, industrial environment

Ability to manage ambiguity and build structure in an evolving business

Strong communication skills and confidence working with site-based teams

Self-driven, resilient and able to take ownership

Important to note

Highly industrial site (tanks, blending sheds, flammable products)

5 days per week on site (Epping)

Fast-paced, hands-on and evolving

Requires someone comfortable working closely with operators and production teams

This role suits someone who enjoys being close to operations, not sitting behind a desk.
