Queensland X-Ray has more than 50 practices, led by the most experienced team of radiologists and nuclear imaging specialists in the state. Our caring team of professionals from the technical, nursing, and admin support fields are all focused on providing the best service, care and clinical outcomes to our patients and referrers.
We are looking for full-time Medical Administrators to join our team at our Mater Private Hospital Springfield Practice. Shifts will be offered on a rotating roster, varying between the hours of 6am-11pm, 7 days per week.
About You
- Demonstrated reception experience within a radiology or specialist practice is advantageous but not essential
- Friendly, caring and compassionate nature with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver a high level of patient care and customer service
- Sharp attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Demonstrated composure under pressure prioritising a commitment to service excellence
- Professional personal presentation
