Senior FP&A Analyst

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Act as a strategic finance partner to senior leaders, providing robust financial insights and constructive challenge to drive accountability and support decision-making.
• Lead the end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for assigned high-growth commercial business areas.
• Analyse financial performance against targets, delivering high-quality monthly management reporting, variance analysis, and strategic presentations for executives.
• Partner closely with commercial excellence and pricing teams to evaluate pricing models, cost structures, and profitability, ensuring key strategic initiatives are achieved.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models, dynamic dashboards, and KPIs to track business performance and assess scenario-modelling impacts.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across core planning tools, internal controls, and reporting efficiencies to support cost optimisation and value creation.

What We Are Looking For

• CA, CPA, or CIMA qualified, with a strong foundation in budgeting, forecasting, modelling, and performance analysis in a fast-moving corporate environment.
• Deep commercial acumen, ideally coming from a product-driven, FMCG, retail, pharmaceutical, or complex multinational sector with a strong understanding of sales and pricing dynamics.
• Confident communicator and relationship builder who can establish trust quickly, challenge the business constructively, and translate complex financial metrics into practical action.
