Our client in the resourcing industry is seeking a capable and detail-focused Accounts & Payroll Officer to join their team in a permanent full-time role based in West Perth.

This is a varied, hands-on position suited to someone with previous experience in finance or accounting support who is looking for a balanced role across accounts, basic payroll, and administration.

Key Duties

• End-to-end accounts payable
• Invoice receipt, approval, processing, and payment
• Payment of invoices in Australia and overseas
• Support with a small monthly payroll
• Assist with bank reconciliations
• Assist with BAS-related tasks
• General office administration and ad hoc support duties

About You

• Experience in a similar accounts, finance, or payroll role
• Strong understanding of general accounting practices
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident using accounting systems and finance processes
• Willingness to learn about the business and its unique industry processes
• A team player who enjoys a broad and balanced role
