We’re looking for an Assistant Property Manager to support a high-performing team managing a well-established commercial portfolio across Adelaide.

This is a genuine career-launch role—ideal for someone looking to build long-term career pathways in commercial property, leasing, or asset management within a structured and supportive environment.

The Opportunity

You’ll work closely with experienced Property Managers across a broad range of responsibilities, including:

• Supporting the day-to-day management of a commercial asset portfolio
• Assisting with tenant liaison and maintaining strong occupier relationships
• Lease administration, including renewals, rent reviews and compliance
• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking
• Coordinating reporting and maintaining accurate tenancy
• Supporting negotiations for leasing and occupancy changes
• Working closely with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders

About You

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and eager to learn:

• Experience in commercial property or a relevant degree (preferred)
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• High attention to detail and strong time management
• Ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative mindset with initiative and problem-solving ability
• Current property registration/license (or willingness to obtain)
