About the Role

Join a dynamic and growing defendant insurance team where you'll gain exposure to a broad range of complex and interesting matters across:

• Public liability and personal injury claims
• Catastrophic injury and large-loss claims
• Coverage, indemnity and policy interpretation disputes
• Claims involving allegations of negligence, breach of duty and economic loss
• Coronial and regulatory investigations
• Litigation, mediations and alternative dispute resolution
• Professional indemnity matters involving lawyers, accountants, financial advisers, engineers, architects and healthcare professionals

Acting for a broad client base including major local and international insurers, Lloyd's syndicates, third-party administrators, government bodies, corporate insureds, self-insured entities and individuals on complex liability and professional indemnity disputes.

About You

• Lawyer or Associate level with 2-5 years PAE
• Background in insurance litigation, defendant personal injury, liability and/or professional indemnity matters
• A team player who values a supportive and collaborative environment
