Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in designing and developing microservices-based, event-driven architectures and cloud-native solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading engineering teams, delivering scalable systems, and driving the adoption of DevOps methodologies. This role requires excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business domains effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of microservices-based architectures and cloud-native solutions.
• Oversee the implementation of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Mentor and uplift engineering teams, fostering a high-performance culture and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into secure and scalable architecture blueprints.
• Produce High-Level and Low-Level Designs (HLD/LLD), defining integration patterns and API contracts.
• Address and resolve complex technical challenges with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and governance frameworks.

Mandatory Skills

• 10+ years of experience in microservices-based and event-driven architectures.
• Deep technical expertise in Spring boot and strong exposure to AWS, APACHE KAFKA, APIGEE, and Kubernetes.
• Proven experience in Software Development Methodologies, including CI/CD Pipelines and automation.
• Strong command of designing Scalability, high-throughput, and low-latency systems.
• Excellent shareholder communications skills, with the ability to influence decision-making.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise-scale distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience in defining Integration Patterns and system interaction models.
• Expertise in event-driven, domain-driven, and microservices architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience in managing engineering teams and projects.
• Strong analytical skills and a consistent ability to address complex technical challenges.
