Our client is an award-winning creator marketing and short-form video agency helping some of the world's biggest brands connect with audiences through authentic, high-performing content.

Specialising in UGC, Employee Generated Content (EGC) and creator-led campaigns, they sit at the forefront of one of the fastest-growing areas of digital marketing.

With strong momentum in Australia and globally, they're now looking for a commercially driven Client Partner to help grow their local presence and build long-term client partnerships.

The Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth business and play a key role in its Australian expansion.

You'll manage and grow existing client relationships while identifying new opportunities across the market. Working closely with leadership, you'll help drive revenue growth, shape strategy and, over time, have the opportunity to build a team around you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own and grow key Australian client relationships.
• Build trusted partnerships with senior marketing and brand stakeholders.
• Drive account growth through strategic upselling and renewals.
• Identify and win new business opportunities.
• Develop proposals, growth plans and client recommendations.
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to deliver outstanding work.
• Help shape the future growth of the Australian business.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years in client partnerships, account management, media, agency or digital environments.
• Proven experience growing client relationships and revenue.
• Strong commercial and consultative selling skills.
• Understanding of social media, creator marketing and short-form video.
• Confident presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine desire to build something.
