Test Lead

About The Role

As a Test Lead, you will make an impact by driving quality assurance across UI/UX, mobile, and cross-platform applications through both manual and automated testing practices. You will be a valued member of the QA & Testing team and work collaboratively with your QA Manager, cross-functional Agile teams, and UX researchers and designers.

In This Role, You Will

• Lead and execute UI/UX, manual, and automated testing across Android, iOS, and Windows platforms to ensure high-quality, user-centred product delivery
• Collaborate closely with UX researchers and designers to develop and continuously improve user-focused test scenarios and acceptance criteria
• Own and manage test cases, defect tracking, and sprint activities using Azure DevOps (ADO) within an Agile delivery model
• Drive robustness and performance testing initiatives, including the application of JMeter for load and performance validation
• Champion adaptability across evolving technology stacks, providing guidance and quality oversight to the broader Agile team

What You Need To Have To Be Considered

• Proven experience in UI/UX-based testing with a strong understanding of user-centred quality principles
• Hands-on experience testing manual and automated applications across Android, iOS, and Windows mobile platforms
• Demonstrated experience working within Agile delivery models as part of a cross-functional team
• Exposure to performance testing tools, specifically JMeter, and robustness testing methodologies
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) for managing test cases, defects, and sprint activities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively

These Will Help You Stand Out

• Hands-on experience with C#, Appium, and NUnit for test automation
• Exposure to UX design frameworks and methodologies, with the ability to partner effectively with UX researchers and designers
• Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly across varied and emerging technologies
