Earbus is a purpose-driven organisation working to improve the ear health and life outcomes of Aboriginal and at-risk children across Western Australia. Since 2013, we have delivered impactful, community-based services aimed at reducing the incidence of middle ear disease and supporting children to thrive at school and beyond.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a strong people leader to join our leadership team as Head of Clinical Services. This is a senior role focused on leading a multidisciplinary workforce, strengthening service delivery, and ensuring safe, high-quality, culturally responsive care across metro and regional programs.
This role is well suited to a clinically trained professional who has moved into leadership and is passionate about team leadership, service quality and impact.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead, support and develop a multidisciplinary team across metro and regional locations
· Drive a positive, values-driven culture with strong accountability and engagement
· Oversee service delivery to ensure safe, consistent and high-quality care
· Strengthen clinical governance, risk management and quality systems
· Support workforce planning, capability development and retention
· Build strong partnerships with Aboriginal organisations and communities
· Work collaboratively across operations, programs and external stakeholders
· Monitor performance, outcomes and continuous improvement
What We Are Looking For
· A clinical qualification in a health discipline (e.g. OT, physio, speech pathology, audiology, nursing or similar)
· A solid clinical background and understanding of service delivery (current registration not essential)
· Strong people leadership experience, including managing teams and building culture
· Experience working across multiple sites or programs
· Confidence managing performance, expectations and team development
· A commitment to culturally safe and community-informed practice
· Practical, solutions-focused thinking and the ability to balance strategy and day-to-day delivery
Remuneration
This role offers salary packaging, 37.5 hour working week, 6 weeks annual leave, an additional 0.5% superannuation above current rate, and a supportive work environment. We are looking for someone motivated by impact, leadership and team development, as well as remuneration.
