A globally recognised consumer brand with thousands of locations worldwide has built its Digital, Experience & Loyalty Centre of Excellence right here in Brisbane. Digital channels are at the heart of how this business operates - eCommerce isn't a side project, it's the engine.

They're now looking for a Group eCommerce Specialist to help drive performance across multiple international markets.

What you'll actually be doing

You'll work closely with the Group eCommerce Manager and local market teams worldwide to analyse funnel performance, identify opportunities, and turn data into clear recommendations. You'll support the rollout of campaigns and platform features globally, build and enhance eCommerce reporting, and help markets understand their numbers and act on them.

This is a thinking role as much as a doing role.

Who they're looking for

  • 3–5+ years of broad eCommerce experience — you've done a bit of everything and now want to go deep
  • Analytically strong — comfortable with performance metrics, conversion data, and reporting
  • Platform-agnostic — you pick up new tools fast and don't need hand-holding
  • A self-starter with a "go go go" mindset who backs themselves
  • Curious, flexible, and genuinely interested in how things work

Industry background doesn't matter — the skills do. A data-related degree or background is a plus.
