A highly regarded Adelaide commercial practice is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate Property Lawyer to join its growing team.

• Commercial property acquisitions and disposals

• Development and project transactions

• Commercial, industrial and retail leasing

• Property structuring and due diligence

• Business acquisitions and sales

• Commercial contracts and advisory work

• General commercial law matters

• Client relationship management and business development

The Ideal Candidate

• 4+ years post-admission experience

• Strong background in commercial property law

• Exposure to broader commercial law matters

• Comfortable managing files with increasing autonomy

• Commercially minded with strong relationship-building skills

• Ambitious and interested in future leadership opportunities

• Motivated by merit-based progression and earning potential
