Why You’ll Love This Role
The Customer Support Centre Team Leader role is central to delivering an outstanding client experience. You will over see the management of inbound calls and enquiries, lead the coordination of centralised communications, ensure referrals are triaged and prioritised effectively, and serve as a senior point of connection between clients, clinical teams and key stakeholders.
In this role you will also provide support, guidance and mentorship to the Client Support team, fostering a collaborative and high performing environment.
This is a hybrid position offering two days of work-from-home and three days in the office in South Melbourne.

What You’ll Do
- Provide consistent service following Kieser standards.
- Resolve or escalate client issues promptly.
- Ensure a consistent phone experience for all clients.
- Focus on ongoing Client Service Clinic campaign(s).
- Make outbound calls when needed.
- Maintain professional email correspondence with practitioners and clinics regarding bookings and appointments.

Must-haves
- Valid working rights in Australia
- Passed Year 12 requirements
- Experience working with computerised systems
Demonstrated experience in a telephone-based or contact centre environment, with strong active listening, clear verbal communication, and the ability to manage sensitive client conversations with empathy and professionalism
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop a team.
