The Opportunity

We're looking for an energetic and commercially minded HR Business Partner to join our team in North Ryde.

In this role, you'll partner with our Finance, Marketing, and Corporate teams (along with opportunities to help Operations), helping leaders navigate change, unlock performance, and create engaging workplace experiences. You'll be a trusted advisor, coach, problem-solver, and change champion—making a real impact across the business.

What You'll Be Doing

No two days will be the same!

  • Partnering with leaders across NSW to deliver strategic and operational HR support.
  • Coaching and guiding managers through the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and development through to performance and succession planning.
  • Providing expert advice on employee relations, remuneration, benefits, workforce planning, HR systems, learning and development, and change management.
  • Turning people data into meaningful insights, helping leaders make informed business decisions.
  • Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and supporting the delivery of enterprise-wide change initiatives.
  • Facilitating training, developing leadership capability, and helping teams thrive.
  • Interpreting enterprise agreements and providing practical guidance on workplace matters including disputes, terminations, unfair dismissal claims, and WHSE compliance.

What You'll Bring

You're a people-focused professional who loves partnering with leaders and driving positive outcomes. You'll also have:

  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years' experience in an HR Business Partner role, ideally within a large, complex, or matrix organisation.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
  • A proven track record of influencing stakeholders, coaching leaders, and building trusted relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to navigate challenging conversations.
  • Experience leading organisational change, driving HR initiatives, and collaborating across diverse teams.
  • A proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities with ease.
