Project Recruiter

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a hands on Recruiter to join us immediately on a contract basis to deliver a high priority sales team build for our RPO client.

Please note, the role will require the successful candidate to work from the client site Tues-Thurs for the duration of the contract

.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Driving and delivering end-to-end hiring for a sales build at volume
• Executing multi channel sourcing strategies including linkedin, direct headhunt, referrals and job boards
• Maintaining consistency, compliance, and candidate experience standards
• Acting as an agile operator in a dynamic environment, proactively managing relationships and solving problems to deliver outcomes
• Managing candidate experience and stakeholder communication with professionalism and pace

WHAT YOU BRING

• Proven experience in sales recruitment— you understand the craft
• Background in RPO, internal, or embedded recruitment
• Strong stakeholder advisory skills — confident guiding hiring managers
• Demonstrated ability to deliver to tight deadline driven recruitment projects and high-volume pipelines without dropping the ball on candidate or stakeholder experience
• Comfortable presenting to, and influencing, hiring managers
• Adaptable and unflappable — you hit the ground running and don't need to be told what to do
• Available to start immediately, this is non negotiable

This is a focused, fast paced project with a clear brief and a defined end date, ideal for an experienced recruiter who wants to do meaningful work, flex their skills and make a visible impact. You will work alongside a collaborative team who know how to get things done.
