Just Better Care Eastern Suburbs is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our caring and dynamic team based in Mascot, NSW.

Our office supports four territories across Sydney Metro: Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, Sutherland, and St George.

What You Will Need

  • Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Community Nurse in aged care and/or disability sector
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • Current CPR / First Aid Certificate
  • Current Australian Driver’s Licence
  • Previous experience in community care or aged care (preferred)

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Travel between customers’ homes to provide personalised care in line with support plans and medical practitioner directions
  • Work under guidance of medical practitioners and collaborate with allied health professionals
  • Monitor, assess, and communicate customer conditions and wellbeing
  • Deliver care in accordance with Just Better Care policies, procedures, and legislative requirements
  • Provide complex clinical care including medication administration, palliative care, bowel care/suppositories, catheter care, stoma care, oxygen therapy, and more
  • Report on customer progress and changes in condition
  • Maintain respectful, high-quality care aligned with best practice standards
  • Provide training, coaching, and guidance to Community Support Professionals and Support Staff/Case Managers as required
  • Conduct skills assessments for staff delivering complex care services
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training and professional development activities
