What you'll be doing
Leading and inspiring a high performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences every day
Setting the tone on every shift and creating a positive, energetic venue culture
Recruiting, coaching, and developing future leaders within your team
Driving operational excellence across service, product quality, safety, and venue presentation
Owning the numbers – managing labour, COGS, and overall financial performance (P&L accountability)
Identifying opportunities to grow sales, improve efficiencies, and maximise venue performance
Building strong connections within the local community and representing the Yo-Chi brand
What we're looking for
Proven leadership experience in hospitality
A people first leader who loves developing teams and creating great workplace culture
Strong commercial acumen and confidence managing venue performance
A hands-on operator who leads from the front
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces a challenge
