The Role
We are seeking a proactive and collaborative Talent Acquisition Partner to join our high-performing People & Culture team.
In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across key business portfolios including Chronic Care Management Nurses, Logichealth, and Head Office functions. This includes high-volume frontline hiring as well as corporate and specialist roles.
You will partner closely with leaders to deliver timely, high-quality hiring outcomes, provide practical recruitment advice, and ensure a seamless candidate experience aligned to our brand and compliance standards.

About You
- 1–3 years’ experience in end-to-end recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Experience in high-volume or multi-site recruitment environments
- Confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong sourcing capability with Seek, LinkedIn, talent search tools
- Highly organised, responsive, and delivery-focused
- A team player with a genuine interest in people, service, and continuous improvement
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across clinical, corporate, and operational roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver effective solutions
- Deliver timely hiring outcomes against agreed SLAs and business priorities
- Source and engage candidates using digital platforms and proactive talent strategies
- Ensure a consistent, positive candidate and hiring manager experience
- Maintain compliance with internal policies, contracts, and employment legislation
- Track and utilise recruitment data to improve performance and decision-making
- Contribute to employer branding and continuous improvement initiatives
