We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team on a part-time basis.

This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of warehouse operations, inventory control and logistics coordination, ensuring products are received, managed and delivered accurately and on time. You'll work closely with internal teams, suppliers and delivery partners to keep our supply chain running smoothly and support outstanding customer outcomes.

What you'll be doing

Warehouse Management

  • Coordinate inbound goods receiving and processing

  • Manage stock across multiple locations to maintain inventory accuracy

  • Oversee stock transfers and fulfilment activities

  • Support manufacturing and transfer order kitting

  • Manage customer returns and repair movements

  • Ensure customer orders are dispatched accurately and on time

Logistics & Shipping

  • Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders

  • Coordinate domestic and international freight bookings

  • Prepare export and shipping documentation

  • Handle dangerous goods in accordance with certification requirements

  • Support field service teams and subcontractors with timely parts delivery

  • Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery issues

Inventory Control

  • Conduct cycle counts and stock reconciliations

  • Monitor inventory accuracy and availability

  • Manage shelf-life inventory and take appropriate action when required

  • Identify opportunities to improve inventory and warehouse processes

What we're looking for

You'll thrive in this role if you're detail-oriented, practical and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Ideally you'll bring

  • 3+ years' experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics or supply chain coordination

  • Experience working within an ERP system (NetSuite highly regarded)

  • Experience managing stock, inventory control and warehouse operations

  • Experience coordinating freight and shipments

  • Intermediate Excel and computer skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement

  • The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a broader team

Bonus points for

  • Dangerous Goods (DG) certification

  • Logistics, Supply Chain or Warehouse qualifications

  • Experience in a technology, manufacturing or industrial environment
