About the Role

This role partners with our managers to provide the end-to-end Congress talent management process, including request to recruit, advertising, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback, contract preparation and on-boarding to ensure top talent is placed in our business.

As a Talent Partner you'll work with candidates, helping to guide them through the application process and assess their suitability for particular roles. You'll also work closely with managers to gain a better understanding of their recruitment requirements and help them to find suitable employees.

To be considered for this position, you will require:

  • Diploma in Human Resources or similar or relevant experience.
  • Ability to maintain excellent attention to detail and high level administration skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and operate professionally at all levels of the business.
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with change and adapt quickly in a rapidly changing working environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team.
