Maintain office stationery.

Experience Required: Experienced

  • Take charge of all aspects of accounts receivable/payable on Zero, including invoicing and debt collection.
  • Carry out banking and accounts reconciliations.
  • Prepare Group Certificates.
  • Reconcile staff expenses.
  • Maintain updates on computer software.
  • Enter assets into MCS and liaise with management on new hire assets
  • Maintains customer and corporate information by keeping financial records confidential.
  • Processing of hire contracts and invoices.
  • Inventory Management including processing stock to job costing, reconciliation of jobs and stock take.
  • All aspects of hire Quotations to Customers
  • Debt Collection
  • Obtain quotes for best purchasing.
  • Source items for specific requirements.
  • Order / Purchase goods / stock as required.
  • Maintain office stationery.
