Due to exciting growth in the business, we are looking for a dynamic Site Facilitator to join our team servicing several sites around Rockhampton (with two trips up to Emerald/Blackwater every 3 weeks)!

Responsible for replacement and servicing of several clients, your ability to pick pack, complete your work to a high standard and communicate/escalate concerns well will be key for your success. This role is autonomous, making it ideal for someone interested in account management. This is a very physical role within a phenomenal work environment with several benefits including a vehicle that can be used for personal use.

What You'll be Doing

  • Source and discuss the best product and service mix to meet our clients needs, identifying price, stock availability, product alternatives and expected delivery time
  • Maintain all store functions and inventory management systems
  • Responsible for the delivery of inventory solutions at customer sites in partnership with Blackwoods’ stakeholders
  • Support after hours requirements as requested by customer, in consultation and authorised by the supervisor/manager
  • Maintain vendor relationships including supplier/manufacturing negotiation

What You'll Bring

  • Willingness to travel, with regular site visits a requirement out to customer locations
  • Ability to work autonomously, on site unloading and filling vending machines
  • Customer focused service skills, with good verbal and written communication
  • Computer literate and excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Full unrestricted drivers licence valid in Australia essential
