We’re drafting a Line Chef who will be an all-star player. You will keep the game flowing, set up big plays, and make sure every move is clean, fast, and on target.

Key Plays

• Get prepped and ready before the whistle blows
• Ensuring staff are allocated sections and secondary duties throughout their shifts, as well as managing general kitchen operations in conjunction with the Sous and Head Chef.
• Run your station with precision
• Plate up like a boss
• Keep cool in the heat and push through the pressure
• Work side-by-side with your team to keep the play flowing

What You’ll Bring

• Certificate III/IV or Diploma in a commercial cookery field, and 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to handle the heat and keep cool during game time.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
• A team-first mentality with strong communication and energy
• Hard-working and vibrant Chefs to join our kitchen team at our Robina

Salary: $75,000- $95,000 experience depending
