We are looking for an approachable and organised Customer Care Consultant to provide phenomenal support within our Bunbury Trade Store!

Acting as the face of the business, you will bring friendliness and effective communication over the phone, in person and over email. You’ll be crucial in delivering a fantastic customer service experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers in person, by phone, and email.
  • Provide expert advice on a wide range of industrial products.
  • Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing shopfront.
  • Uphold safety standards and foster a positive team culture.

Our Ideal Candidate will have

  • Previous experience in customer service or retail environments is highly regarded but not necessary for success in this position
  • Positive and clear customer service manner - both verbally and over email
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
