About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our growing multidisciplinary team.
In This Role, You Will
- Conduct behavioural support assessments
- Develop high-quality Behaviour Support Plans
- Deliver evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support interventions
- Provide support in clinic, home, community and school environments
- Work with children, adolescents and adults with complex support needs
- Collaborate with families, carers, support coordinators and other stakeholders
- Contribute to meaningful outcomes that improve quality of life and community participation
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner registration (Core level or above)
- Experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner or in a similar behavioural support role
- Strong understanding of Positive Behaviour Support frameworks
- Experience conducting assessments and developing Behaviour Support Plans
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team
- A calm, patient and solution-focused approach
- A genuine passion for supporting people with disability and their families
