We're seeking an ambitious Executive to join JLL's elite Retail Capital Markets team - Australia and New Zealand's top-ranked advisors on landmark retail investment transactions. If you're driven, detail-focused, and ready to shape market-defining deals, this is your opportunity to fast-track your career.

Responsibilities

Provide immediate support to the retail team. Develop and own client base, originate and execute on transactions.

Develop an understanding of the full sales process and support preparation of marketing materials including investor presentation, information memorandums, underwriting pack etc.

Support CRM initiatives and develop relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Attend networking events and share market intelligence from personal network.

Develop own deal pipeline and provide strategic support to senior producers to identify and evaluate opportunities to win appointments.

Develop an understanding of the retail sector and JLL’s capabilities to service client requirements.

Regularly engage with Analysts and Senior Analysts nationally to cultivate culture and share ideas.

Skills

3-5 years of real estate transactions experience.

Sound understanding of the sales process and techniques (identifying opportunity through to closing).

Ability to work independently in a fast paced, high-pressure environment.

Develop strong client relationships within the retail sector.

Hold a current Real Estate Licence.

Strong presentation and communication skills, able to work in a collaborative environment.
