About The Role

We’re looking for a motivated and reliable

General Nursery Hand to join our team. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has an interest in plants, and takes pride in maintaining high standards.

You’ll play a key role in supporting our nursery operations and ensuring plants are healthy, well-maintained, and ready for projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Potting, planting, and pruning plants
• Assisting with pest, disease and weed control
• Loading and unloading stock
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• General nursery upkeep and other tasks as directed

What We’re Looking For

• An interest in horticulture or plant care
• Enjoyment of working outdoors in a physical, hands-on role
• Ability to lift up to 20kg
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Previous nursery or horticulture experience is a bonus but not essential
