Founded by the Harry Perkins Institute, Linear Clinical Research is at the forefront of human breakthroughs, contributing to scientific discovery and advancement through world-leading clinical human trials and medical research. Our state-of-the-art Advanced Clinical Trials Centre opened in early 2024 at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital and is home to our Cancer Trials Unit (CTU) and is the first of its kind facility in Australia dedicated to bringing novel therapies through clinical trials to the cancer patients of WA.

Your Role in Our Future

As our Business Development Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our Business Development function organised, connected and running efficiently. Supporting our senior leaders and Business Development team, you'll help drive business growth through seamless coordination, marketing support, data management and event delivery. This is also a development opportunity, offering a pathway into a future Business Development Associate role.

Your Experience

You’re a highly organised and proactive administrator with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. You enjoy juggling multiple priorities, building relationships and keeping things on track. Whether your background is in business, marketing, science or administration, you’re eager to develop your career in business development or marketing, ideally within a fast-paced professional environment.

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
  • High attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems.
  • A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • An interest in developing a career in business development, marketing or the clinical trials industry.
