Port Hedland Salary: $157,295 per annum + 13% Superannuation
Karratha Salary: $150,741 per annum + 13% Superannuation
Perth Salary: $123,369 per annum + 13% Superannuation

This is a great opportunity to be part of the world’s largest bulk export port authority, encompassing the operating ports of Ashburton, Dampier, Port Hedland and Varanus Island, and five future port sites. The Business Improvement Specialist leads projects to implement efficient operational process and system improvement initiatives within the Real Estate function. This includes developing and establishing the respective governance focusing on driving consistent and effective operational and system improvements.
About You

Your demonstrated experience in driving business optimisation and performance improvements will contribute to your success in this role. You will be the type of person with experience in authoring governance documents, such as procedures, guidelines, policies, have strong capability to lead without direct authority, drive change, and influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience or exposure to the real estate, asset management or infrastructure sectors is desirable however, not essential.
