The role

You will prospect in a huge market through a combination of outbound calling, face to face/Virtual meetings and networking events, build relationships with people at all levels and collaborate on how we can support their strategy with our range of end to end services. Responsibilities

  • Own account planning and present solution-based selling to new and existing QLD customers
  • Uncover new business opportunities - fill the sales funnel with strategically aligned prospects
  • Prioritise a list of accounts/prospects for short and long-term pursuit to achieve assigned sales objectives
  • Pitch prospects and utilise industry contacts and partners
  • Adapt the sales pitch to customer needs and persona
  • Identify customer’s business needs, challenges and technical requirements and map these to Law In Order solutions
  • Lead and drive the coordinated sales pitch delivery with the extended sales team and engage Law In Order’s advisory and experts
  • Monitor and maintain the status of opportunities in the Salesforce (CRM) system, following the principles of forecasting
  • Lead the commercial offer and contract negotiations to drive revenue

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a proven, self-starting individual who loves bringing in new business. You will be experienced in meeting and exceeding revenue targets through consistent sales strategies and forecasting practices.

Experience

  • Prior Sales and Business Development experience with a direct customer service focus – essential
  • Positive attitude and hunter mentality
  • Ability to work in a high pressure, customer facing role
  • Proven track record in Solution Sales / value-based selling – essential
  • B2b Sales experience - preferred
  • Strong negotiation skills and the aptitude to partner with all levels of the business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English – essential
  • A background in selling SaaS solutions – ideal
  • Prior experience in Salesforce (or similar) CRM software system - ideal
  • A strong network in Queensland based legal teams - ideal
