The Opportunity

As a Site Engineer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of projects — helping coordinate trades, solve technical challenges, and keep work moving safely, on time and to a high standard.

You’ll be working closely with Engineers, Supervisors and subcontractors, gaining exposure across all stages of the build and building your confidence in a fast-paced site environment.

In This Role, You Will

• Support the coordination of site activities, ensuring trades and suppliers are aligned and progressing works
• Review drawings, manage technical queries, and help resolve issues on site
• Monitor progress and contribute to planning and sequencing of construction activities
• Carry out quality checks and support compliance with project specifications and safety standards
• Work closely with subcontractors and project teams to keep delivery on track

What We Are Looking For

We’re looking for a Site Engineer who has built a solid foundation early in their career and is ready to take the next step — someone who’s motivated to learn from experienced leaders and step up into greater responsibility on site.

You Will Bring

• A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• Around 2+ years’ experience in commercial construction
• A solid understanding of drawings, construction sequencing, and quality standards
• Strong organisation and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams
• A proactive, solution-focused mindset and attention to detail
• An eagerness to learn and take ownership in a site-based role
