Customer Service Representative

We're looking for a proactive, detail-driven and enthusiastic Estimating & Customer Support Coordinator to join a high-performing, fast-paced team based in Virginia.
This is not your average admin role - it sits right at the heart of the quoting and order process, where accuracy, communication, and follow-through directly impact customer outcomes and business success.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for estimating requests, helping to keep everything moving smoothly from enquiry through to quote and order completion. You'll work closely with a collaborative estimating team, ensuring priorities are managed, information flows efficiently, and customers receive timely, accurate responses.
What you'll be doing:
Managing and triaging incoming estimating inbox requests with speed and accuracy
Preparing and generating customer quotes in collaboration with the estimating team
Ensuring filing systems, records, and documentation are accurate, current, and easy to access
Supporting internal stakeholders with estimating and product-related queries
Working alongside customer service and operations teams to keep workflows running seamlessly
Identifying gaps, chasing information, and proactively driving tasks through to completion
