The Property Administration Assistant position involves handling a wide range of administrative tasks that contribute to the effective management and provision of services. The role requires strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as a compassionate and empathetic attitude towards the elderly.
Reporting to our Senior Administrator/Project Coordinator, this admin role is responsible for:
- Assisting the Property team with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repair activities, and property inspections.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries related to property management.
- Work with the finance team to resolve any issues regarding invoices payments to our suppliers.
- Assist with budgeting and financial tracking for property-related expenses.
- Assist with supply management, compliance, and project support.
