About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Bid Manager, you’ll provide end-to-end coordination support across the bid and tender process. This role can be based in either our Sydney or Perth office, working full-time on-site, you’ll work closely with Business Development and Account Management teams to deliver polished, compliant submissions on time. This is a fast-paced role where your ability to manage deadlines, maintain accuracy, and coordinate stakeholders will directly contribute to winning new business.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the development of bids, proposals, and submissions.
  • Review documents for accuracy, formatting, and brand compliance.
  • Maintain bid timelines, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Manage CRM updates and bid activity records.
  • Own and maintain the Bid Library to ensure content and resources are current.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather required content and inputs.
  • Support pitch presentations and broader BD team requirements.

Key skills, experience, and qualifications:

  • 2+ years’ experience in bid coordination, proposals, or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of tender and submission processes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Excellent written communication and document presentation skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational capability.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative mindset.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (communications, marketing, business or similar).
