Customer Operations Manager – AI Operations Platform
$110-130k base + ESOP

We are currently working with a venture-backed AI-Native operations platform that’s redefining post-purchase operations for eComemerce brands through AI automation and smarter decision making.
You own every live customer operationally — their workflows, their adoption, their day-to-day relationship with the platform. For the first 6–12 months this is hands-on build work: mapping customer processes, designing and shipping workflows, training CX teams, and documenting patterns for the library. You also track adoption scores, run operational reviews, and serve as the single synthesised voice of the customer base into the product team.
What we're looking for:
•3–5+ years of hands-on e-commerce operations experience — inside a commerce brand or commerce-adjacent platform, not consulting
• Workflow design is your core craft — you've built them in the wild, trained teams on them, and can point to the operational numbers they moved
• AI-fluent in daily work — you use tools like Claude, Cursor, or Gemini practically, think in prompts and patterns, and can stand up a workflow faster than most engineers
What's different here:
This is a founding seat at a company defining a new category — not a scaled CS role with a playbook already written. You'll work directly with product leadership, your synthesis of customer signal shapes what gets built. Customers arrive handed over from implementation with clean baselines; you own them from there for the long term.
